The Client

Freedom Bank is an independent, full-service commercial bank with a mission to help individuals and businesses in northern New Jersey achieve their financial goals. The bank offers a wide range of products, from checking and IOLTA accounts to CDs and low-cost loans. With over 125 years of combined experience, Freedom Bank prides itself on delivering competitive products through high-tech platforms, while offering highly personalized service. The bank is deeply involved in its community, with a strong focus on building long-term relationships and supporting local businesses.

The Ask

Freedom Bank approached us to develop a summer-themed campaign promoting their high-yield savings account. The campaign was to be visually appealing and engage both new and existing customers. The ads were to be displayed across various platforms, including Google’s display network, social media channels, and digital billboards along major highways. The goal was to highlight the benefits of the high-yield savings account while maintaining the bank’s established, customer-first brand image.

The Solution

I led the creative direction for the summer 2023 savings campaign, ensuring that the visuals and messaging aligned with Freedom Bank’s commitment to personalized service and community involvement. The campaign featured vibrant, summer-inspired graphics that were eye-catching yet professional, emphasizing financial freedom and savings growth.

The launch included a range of digital and physical materials: website graphics, Google display ads, social media ads, digital billboards, posters, and in-branch signage. Each piece was designed to create a cohesive experience across all touchpoints, ensuring that customers could engage with the campaign whether they were online or visiting a branch. The summer theme added a fresh, seasonal touch to the messaging, which reinforced the bank’s commitment to helping customers reach their financial goals.

Crisanne’s fast turnaround and flawless execution of a new creative concept—on just one day’s notice—allowed Freedom Bank to effectively communicate new rates to potential customers rate shopping. Thanks to her expertise and efficiency, the campaign was so successful that we ran it again in summer 2024.
