Yes. Maintenance plans are month-to-month with no long-term contract required. All cancellations require 30 days written notice.
Additional work will be billed at my standard hourly rate and approved before work begins.
No. I prefer to build within my protected hosting account while your site is in development, and then transfer it out to the host of your choice. I offer easy collaboration tools via SiteGround or I can work with your existing hosting provider.
Maintenance clients receive priority support and troubleshooting assistance.
Even websites that rarely change require software updates, security monitoring, backups, and routine maintenance to remain secure and functional.
Every website is different. While the plan descriptions provide general guidelines, all websites are reviewed before onboarding to ensure the selected plan aligns with the site’s size, complexity, and support requirements.
Factors such as website size, number of pages and posts, media library storage, custom functionality, ecommerce features, membership systems, traffic volume, and overall site health may impact plan eligibility.
If a website requires a higher level of support than the selected plan provides, a plan upgrade may be recommended before service begins. This helps ensure your website receives the appropriate level of maintenance, monitoring, and support while allowing me to provide reliable service to all maintenance clients.
In most cases, yes. Maintenance plans are priced per WordPress installation, not per business.
For example, if your business operates multiple standalone WordPress websites, each site will require its own maintenance plan. This ensures that updates, backups, security monitoring, and support are properly managed for each installation.
Subdomains that point to a different platform, such as Shopify, are not covered under a WordPress maintenance plan. However, if a subdomain runs on its own WordPress installation, it may be eligible to be added to an existing maintenance plan for an additional monthly fee. Eligibility and pricing are determined on a case-by-case basis.
Content update time can be used for routine website changes that help keep your content accurate, current, and engaging. This may include updating text, replacing images, publishing blog posts, updating team member information, adding event details, uploading downloadable resources, updating contact information, and making minor layout adjustments within existing page designs. Content update time is intended for maintaining and refreshing existing website content and does not include new page builds, custom development, major design revisions, copywriting services, or large-scale content migrations. Any requests that fall outside the scope of the included content update time will be quoted separately and approved before work begins.
Development time can be used for small website enhancements, technical improvements, and ongoing optimization work. This may include creating new pages using your existing website design system, implementing landing pages, configuring plugins, updating forms, improving mobile responsiveness, troubleshooting technical issues, optimizing website performance, and making minor functionality adjustments. Development time is intended to support and improve your existing website and does not include full website redesigns, custom software or plugin development, large-scale migrations, ecommerce builds, membership platforms, or projects that exceed the included monthly hours. Any work outside the scope of the included development time will be quoted separately and approved before work begins.
